I was just about to say the same thing but I see someone has beaten me to it ! I can remember seeing his father acting I think it was in a film about George Washington. He played some well-known historical figure but I can't recall which one.

Billy is of Scottish and Welsh descent. Not sure if he was an actor. To the best of my knowledge he was an ad executive in L. A.
