Tim is not Welsh. He comes from Belper, Derbyshire. His natural accent is Belper, although he can do a mean impression of a Welsh accent. His family still live in Belper.

		licence to kill we see a darker, perhaps even more dangerous 007 with timothy?s interpretation. less of the cheeky quips of the connery and moore bond?s you feel this character really could give the villains a bad day. click for availability!
