Llew Llwyfo

Most accomplished Welshman of his age.

Connection: Born in Wales, 31st March 1831. Eisteddfod compere, poet, singer, journalist, novelists, raconteur. The first Welshman to do a coast to coast concert tour of the USA in 1868-73. Died in abject poverty at Rhyl, 23rd March, 1901.
