Paul was born in St Albans, Herts but his father came from Merthyr Tydfil. He gained twenty-five caps for Wales.

I know paul very well indeed. He went to Perth, Australia in 2004, did his two years there to earn citizenship and runs a property development company in Kardinya.

He divorced in Australia. He has a brother, also in Perth (with Australian loyalties) and a sister and brother (very strong Welsh loyalties) in the uk.
